Police investigate death of 30-year-old man in Laval

   Tragedy struck in Laval on Saturday night as a 30-year-old man lost his life in a shooting incident. The victim, identified as Marc Issa El Khoury, succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds. The police were alerted to the situation with a call reporting a fight around 11 p.m. El Khoury was discovered deceased at the scene, located at the intersection of Saint-Martin and de Blois boulevards in the Duvernay neighbourhood.

Camille Savoie, spokesperson for Sûreté du Québec, revealed that El Khoury was already known to the police. Additionally, the investigation has taken an intriguing turn, with the discovery of a burned-out car in Montreal. Authorities are actively working to establish any potential connection between the torched vehicle and the tragic death in Laval. The incident has left the community in shock, as authorities piece together the details surrounding this unfortunate event.
